Crowley actually found a spell that allows them to come back and forth from Twisted Wonderland to their world so Mirai visits often.
but they decided to stay cause Sebastian was curious about that world. when Sebs finally arrived Ciel was SO READY to leave hajsgsk Gsksgs sorry Leona stans i swear i lowkey simp for him too. After his overblot they become nicer to him but they still trash talk about him. "no seriously tho, he's in his twenties and he's still in highschool?" random but they often trash talk about Leona lol. then they see that he's actually nice to them? And not bratty? H O W? the NRC whole wonders how Mirai manages to get along with him. they're MY gr- COUSIN and i have every right to spend time with them!!" Ciel also gets jealous because he can't have their attention on him, so sometimes he purposely snatches them from whoever they're with and go back to Ramshackle to play chess. (spoiler they actually have a crush on Epel lol) ngl Ciel would be happy if they ended up with Riddle, Epel is a very good choice too. Sure he may also have a crush on them but he knows better than trying to win him over and losing his friendship. not Riddle tho, he's actually friends with Ciel and not because of Mirai. the dorm leaders constantly try to win Ciel over because of that lol.

Ciel doesn't know how to feel about the many suitors trying to get with Mirai (yes they take MC's place lol). ngl half of NRC dislikes Ciel and his bratty attitude lol- they can't phisically do anything to him because Mirai (aka the school's therapist) would give them hell (they also have the gun so.) that info may or may not have passed to Rook as well and now they're a target. the octatrio is very interested in them tho, ESPECIALLY about their eyepatches and because they overheard them talking about demons. Ciel despises the octatrio, Mirai is neutral to them. btw Mirai is pretty feral in this au because they act impulsively so yea lol. he's also extremely afraid of Ciel, that kid might be weak and tiny but he's also a devil (as he calls the two of them lol). They would've done that if it weren't for Ciel holding them back. Crowley is afraid of the two Phantomhives to death, Mirai literally (almost) assaulted him. when the whole thing is resolved they all become friends so it's fine lol. and Grim joined so that's how they got detention gsksgs. btw yes, Mirai (at least in this au) knows self-defense. the first day of school Mirai beated the shit out of Ace and pepper spayed him LMAOO. anyways, these two bufoons are known either as the (crazy) eyepatch kids, the kid who roasted the mirror and their cousins, the Phantomhives or the magicless duo. i forgot to mention this but Ciel's and Mirai's belongings were only a bunch of candy (that is now well hidden because of Grim lol), pepper spray and Ciel's gun (yes the brat brought his gun, what about it?🤨 Btw the gun is kept for emergencies). when Grim is allowed in the dorm he sleeps at the end of Mirai's bed because they didn't want him to sleep on the floor. they shared the same room because they're both afraid of the ghosts lol. Mirai and Ciel were both SO OFFENDED when he put them in Ramshackle but had to deal with it. when Crowley asked about them being relatives Ciel said that they were cousins. luckily the mirror didn't say anything about the contracts. then the mirror says something about seeing no soul and they both sweat cold. yeah Mirai started roasting the dark mirror gslsgsks "yeah no shit Sherlock! Idk about you but normal people don't have powers you fucking weirdo-" "these two are relatives and do not posses any kind of magic so therefore are not fit for any dorm." during the hour long ceremony they both went to the mirror togheter cause Mirai didn't wanna go alone LMAO. cue to Mirai's dumbass absolutely ignoring Grim and Ciel dragging them out of the room as soon as he starts to spit fire. "oi human!! Who are you calling kitty cat!?" Mirai is worries about the oxigen when the coffin starts to heat up and when the lid is open they nyoom out holding Ciel by his wrist. they both wake up in the same fucking coffin and it's tight in there lemme tell you.
